You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Family Saver.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your phone number and personal details.
Family Saver is a tool to help you organize, store, and share your own insurance and emergency information. We are not an insurance company, agent, or broker. We do not sell insurance, process claims, or guarantee any insurance outcome. Information shown about your policies is for your convenience — always refer to your original policy documents and your insurer for authoritative details.
Details extracted using our AI-assisted scanning feature may occasionally be inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted information before relying on it.
When you add a family member and choose to share a policy with them, you're granting them access to that specific information within the app. You're responsible for only sharing with people you actually trust with that information.
Emergency Mode shares your live location and previously-shared policy details with your linked family members when you activate it. You're responsible for using this feature appropriately.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms or misused the app. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
Family Saver is provided "as is." While we work to keep the app reliable, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. We're not responsible for decisions made based on information stored in the app, or for the accuracy of information you or others enter.
To the extent permitted by law, Family Saver and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
